Meditation is the most powerful mind tool ever developed. Meditation has been scientifically proven to improve creativity, intelligence, memory, alertness, and to integrate left and right brain functioning. It has been shown to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. By meditating we purify our nervous system and align our energetic vibration to the quantum source.

Most people assume that the real world is outside, that the way to live life is by contact an external reality, by seeking input, mental or physical, from without. Most of us have never considered severing outwards contacts in order to see what happens inside. We would rather explore the far side of the moon or the bottom of the ocean than the hidden depths within ourselves. But in fact the universe exists for each of us only when we experience it with body and mind. It is never elsewhere, it is always here and now. By exploring the here-and-now of ourselves we can explore the world. Unless we investigate the world within we can never know reality - we will only know our beliefs about it, or our intellectual conceptions of it. By observing ourselves, however, we can come to know reality directly and can learn to deal with it in a positive, creative way.

Try this Yogani mantra meditation, instructions are in my own words: assume your preferred meditative position, first rest for a little while to get centered, just let your breathing be as it is, keep the mind clear (if thoughts do arise, let them pass by as clouds), then introduce the mantra "I am", repeat in your mind as you like, the rhythm that feels right for you, you can change it anytime you want, just repeat it. You'll find with these instructions that include no breathing-exercises and such a free mantra method, you'll have no thoughts thinking if you're doing it right, hence you'll be able to focus on the meditation itself. Do this for 20 minutes twice a day. I had remarkable effects after only the first try.
